People always tell their children not to spend too much time playing games but do you know problem solving games are actually really great for improving your mental health?
Games like chess increase your problem solving abilities and add to you intelligence and IQ levels.
It’s also said that the more you play chess the more your strategies and foresight improves as well.

I always wanted to play chess but it wasn’t until I got married and Waleed and I both shared the same interest that we ended up playing frequently.
Apart from being a great time pass we actually did notice that the more you play the better you get at thinking two moves ahead.

I’m not a pro by any chance at it yet though.
